ACTIVE Hot Tub & Spa Filter Cleaner is a liquid soak solution made to clean reusable filters by loosening oils, debris, and trapped residue from the filter media.

  • Deep Cleaning Filter Soak: The concentrated liquid formula penetrates between filter pleats to help loosen grease, oils, scale, dirt, and other buildup that ordinary rinsing may leave behind. The extended soak gives the cleaner time to work deeper throughout the cartridge.
  • Easy Overnight Cleaning: Mix 16oz of ACTIVE Filter Cleaner with approximately 4 gallons of water and soak the cartridge for at least 12 hours. The hands-off soaking process provides a more thorough treatment than a quick spray-and-rinse cleaner.
  • Helps Extend Filter Life: Regularly removing trapped buildup can help maintain water flow and filter performance while reducing the need to prematurely replace reusable cartridge filters.

Product Instructions:

  4. Submerge the filter completely in the cleaning solution for 12 hours.
  5. Remove the filter and rinse thoroughly with clean water before reinstalling.
