  • Concentrated Cleaning Formula: Helps break down coffee oils, grime, calcium, and limescale that can build up in the group head, valves, and internal lines of your espresso machine. Regular cleaning helps support flow rate, temperature stability, and espresso clarity.
  • Easy Daily Backflush Tablet: Designed for simple routine cleaning with one tablet per cleaning cycle. Use with your normal backflush process or according to your machine manufacturer’s instructions.

Product Instructions:

  1. Fill the water tank with clean water.
  2. Insert a rubber backflush disc or blind basket into your portafilter.
  3. Place 1 ACTIVE Espresso Cleaning Tablet into the portafilter (do not place it in the water reservoir).
  4. Run a cleaning or backflush cycle according to your espresso machine's instructions.
  5. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, remove the portafilter.
  6. Run a brew cycle with clean water to flush out any remaining cleaner or residue.
  7. Wipe down the group head and surrounding areas with a damp cloth.
