Product Instructions:

  1. Pour 4oz of ACTIVE Coffee Machine Descaling Solution into the water reservoir.
  2. Fill the rest of the reservoir with clean water up to the maximum fill line.

For single-serve machines:

  1. Run 2 brew or clean cycles using the largest cup setting.
  2. Discard the dirty water between each cycle.

For multi-cup machines:

  1. Run one full brew or cleaning cycle into the coffee pot.
  2. After cleaning, discard all used solution and rinse the coffee pot and reservoir thoroughly with clean water.
  3. Run 1-2 additional brew cycles with clean water only to remove any remaining cleaner residue.
  4. Once finished, brew a fresh cycle with plain water to confirm all solution is fully cleared.
